Location : Sandhan Valley is situated in the Western Ghats which is to the west of Bhandardara Lake, near Samradh village, Maharashtra, India
Camp duration : 2 day’s
Date: 10th– 11th December 2016
Batch size : 30 participants in each batch
The cost for the event is INR 5500/- per person
Cost Includes :
Camp fee includes Transportation (Kolhapur Hikers), Breakfast, Lunch, Activities & Individual High-risk Accidental Insurance.
Cost Does not Include :
* Food while travelling
*Food ordered other than included meals in the Cost
* Personal Expenses like Soft Drinks, Mineral water, etc.
Age limit : Above 15 years
Heart, blood pressure and diabetic patients as well as overweight person (above 90 kg) are not allowed.
Last Day of registrations 10th Nov 2016 with complete paymet and registration formalities completed.
Camp Schedule :
Day 1 : Previous day night (i.e. 9th December 2016 for first batch)
- Leave Kolhapur at 8 O’clock
Day 2 : Camp day 10th Dec 2016
- Reach Samrath village via Bhandardara at around 6 am
- 30 minutes trek to reach Base camp
- fresh up
- Break fast
- Participants will be divided in three groups
- Distribution of Kit
- 4 activities will be completed in this day (Giant swing, Burma Bridge, Flying Fox & Rappelling)
- Lunch break in between
- Return journey will start at 4:30 pm
Things to carry :
Three liters of water, trekking or sports shoes with good grip, extra pair of socks, extra pairs of clothing, snacks, and personal medical kit.
Imp Note :
Valuable articles are not permissible.
Keep the camp site clean.
Please note that this area is under the jurisdiction of Govt of Maharashtra Forest Department and you are bind to it’s rules and regulations.
Leaving your garbage (empty bisleri bottles also) at camp site is not allowed. Bring extra polythene bags for your garbage and take it at your home for proper disposal. We are not going to provide you dust bin at camp site. Please stick to this rules.
Disposable materials like Styrofoam or paper dish, glass or bowl are not allowed.
Smoking and Drinking not allowed
Everyone has to follow the instructions of Camp In-charge & instructors
No shortcut in the trek
